Scenario: I've got Security Problems

Security problems can range from a virus-infected computer in quarantine to identity theft. Stop problems before they start by practicing safe computing. Since Windows computers (PCs) are especially susceptible to hackers and malicious software programs, additional tips for PC owners  are published in the IT Security web pages and blog. To get out of quarantine, you must prove the illegal or malicious files are no longer on your computer.

1. How do I get rid of viruses? Contact the Help Desk if you are unsure of how to identify and remove viruses from your computer.
