Printing at Rice

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff generally use their department's printers. To add a new printer or to print to a special IT-supported printer, contact the Help Desk at 713.348.HELP (4357) or helpdesk@rice.edu.

Students

Students may print to a large collection of campus printers and plotters for a nominal fee. Charges are updated at midnight each night and sent to the Rice Cashier for inclusion in student bills on the following dates:

• July 1
• October 1
• November 15
• March 1
• April 15

• You can request a printing credit due to an campus lab printer malfunction.
